2017 Women’s Conference
Concept: Not Forgotten
Have you ever felt lost or forgotten? Like you were somehow stuck in the shadows with no help to break free? Let’s have a conversation about perspective, purpose and potential.
Topic 1: Get your eyes tested!
Different colored eye glasses were presented and used to indicate various perceptions and how they affect our life. The challenge was to be honest about how we see things and choose to acknowledge that God has something for you to do. You can change the perspective with a sense of purpose.
Topic 2: You’re here to fill a G-A-P
None of us are mistakes. If God has you on this earth, there is something for you to do. The clues are in the GAP – the things that grieve you makes you want to find a way to make it right; the things that anger you makes you want to find a way to correct it and the things you are passionate about leads you to what is easy for you to accomplish. These make up “you”, the you that can change your world and make a difference even in a small way.
Topic 3: Tune In (Hearing God’s words through a shawl)Each lady is invited to choose a shawl. The conversation starts with the varied possible responses to the gift. In facing what your initial response is, it allows you to get in tune with yourself, and then acknowledge what the response says about you. The challenge is then to see what positive or scriptural concept, thought or song comes to mind. These should be based on the color, texture or purpose of the gift in hand. The example of the shawl as a covering was used.
Conclusion:There is hope for every lady as long as she is alive. There is always the opportunity to change your perspective, recognize your purpose or change the way you think. And these small changes can change your world!
2025 Women’s Conference
Last year’s women’s conference, “God Is Still Writing Your Story,” was nothing short of transformative. From the very beginning, there was a tangible sense of God’s presence that filled the atmosphere and prepared hearts for encounter. Women from different walks of life gathered with expectation, and what unfolded was a powerful reminder that no chapter of our lives is wasted when placed in God’s hands.
Each session carried a unique depth, speaking directly to the hidden places of the heart. Testimonies, teachings, and moments of worship created a safe space for healing, reflection, and renewal. Many women found themselves confronting past wounds while simultaneously embracing the hope of a future rewritten by God’s grace.
One of the most impactful aspects was the sense of sisterhood that was cultivated throughout the event. Women connected, supported one another, and were reminded that they are not alone in their journeys. Bonds were formed that extended beyond the conference, creating a community rooted in faith, encouragement, and shared purpose.
